The DCI Process: A Value Add

At DCI, we have a sharp focus...on your needs, your expectations, and on putting our process to work for you. The DCI process is one of well-focused detail; beginning with the evaluation of customer specifications, vessel application, industry and governmental regulations and other technical data. Prior to the fabrication process, the examination of key engineering elements is crucial. Such elements include:
  • Vessel design and construction
  • Mixing & Agitation, other component design and fabrication
  • Material selection including special alloys such as Inconel® & Hastelloy®
  • Product contact surface finishes
  • Heating and cooling data/requirements
  • Other required Good Manufacturing Practice regulations (GMP)
Upon order placement, our sales and customer service departments initiate order entry, which will bring the rest of the company into the process of filling the order. DCI's process is a team approach. Most of our resources are concentrated by industry, enabling people experienced in your applications to provide knowledgeable service. From estimate, engineering/drafting, and materials/inventory associates to the craftspeople on our shop floor who perform the forming, welding, machining/polishing and shipment of your order, DCI works together as a project team unit.
