Company History
DCI was established in 1955 as Dairy Craft, Inc., producing stainless steel storage tanks for the dairy industry. By 1969, the company had outgrown its original production facility in Holdingford, Minnesota and moved the operation to its present location in St. Cloud, Minnesota, which includes production facility and corporate offices.

Dairy Craft at the 1964 DFISA Show - McCormick Place - Chicago, Illinois - Everyone said "Meet me at the Big Tank". Dairy Craft scored another first by exhibiting the only complete silo tank ever shown at a show.

Dairy Craft, Inc. moved in on Atlantic City with several of its stainless steel fabrications for mixing, flavoring, blending, cooling, heating, holding, pasteurizing and processing. Its beaming representatives are Carl F. Neilsen (1918-1998), president and Walter Z. Meyer, factory rep.
