In 1987, employees of the company, through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), acquired majority ownership in DCI from the founders of the company. Then in 2007, the remaining minority ownership of DCI was purchased by the ESOP, whereby DCI became 100% employee owned. The pride of ownership is evident as each employee owner has a personal stake in ensuring the collective success of each and every project.
